Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt vom 25.-28.10.2018 Ihr Hotel Eden gebucht, weil es einen Außenpool besitzt und weil wir im Urlaub jeden Tag ausgiebig schwimmen gehen wollten. Dafür waren wir auch bereit, den doch sehr hohen Preis zu zahlen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes war der Pool gesperrt und die Benutzung nicht möglich. Außerdem war damit auch die Poolbar geschlossen und öffnete erst um 17 Uhr als es langsam dunkel wurde und man den Bereich nicht mehr zum Liegen benutzen konnte. Wir haben darüber wirklich sehr geärgert und werden Ihr Hotel nicht wieder besuchen.

Wir haben Ihr hotel wegen wegen der lage und wegen des pools ausgewählt. Wir gehen regelmäßig morgens wegen gesundheitlicher probleme schwimmen. Leider war der pool während unseres gesamten aufenthaltes geschlossen und uns das nicht möglich. Und auch die poolbar öffnete erst um 17 uhr, als es zu kühl war, um draußen zu sitzen. Das finden wir bei dem doch sehr hohen preis des hotels nicht in ordnung.

I chose this hotel due to its location and I was not disappointed. That the food was included in the price was a pleasant surprise and then that the food was so good was even more of a surprise. I like surprises. Never the same salads, or dishes during the entire week,. This was amazing and very much appreciated. We ate outside the hotel one evening and even if it was the top rated restaurant in Port de Soller, the food was not as good as at the hotel Eden. We didn't eat outside the hotel Eden again as the food at the hotel was too good to miss.

The staff were uniformly friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean, but quite basic. The views over the promenade and bay, however, were fabulous. Charming to hear the old tram making its way across the portside. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. I did not pay for a seaview room, but my balcony did overlook it. I don't usually get half-board, but it was so reasonable that I decided to give it a go. Not all things that I would eat, but plenty of variety so that most people would be happy with the choices. Both breakfast and dinner were buffets; ample selection, frequently refreshed. I had a dental emergency while I was there, and the staff went over and beyond to see that I would be helped. GREAT value, all in all.

Rooms with sea views are best but unfortunately we couldn't get one! Many Germans use this hotel. Need to be early and assertive to get on local buses. Not everyone respects queuing! The area is amazing with lovely local villages which can be walked to.
